Die im sonnenverwöhnten Italien gezogenen und essreif geernteten Früchte zeichnet ein ausgewogenes Zucker-Säure-Verhältnis aus. Dies wird von ihrem Brix-Wert bestätigt: Er liegt konstant ein bis zwei Grad über dem Standart.
